Beware. They put my company into collections for a $300 bill they sent us for mis-diagnosing and ultimately doing nothing, which we refuse to pay. The tech tried to sell us parts we didn't need, we got a second opinion, and Isaac ended up doing nothing. Another company came in, with a $50 part, and had us up and running in 30 minutes. Bad troubleshooting by Isaac, and now harassing us relentlessly for payment for a horrible experience. Not professional at all. It's bad enough they sent an incompetent tech who wrote a HUGE/wrong estimate, but to beat money out of us for this instead of issuing an apology is really bad form.
