Stayed here for 5 days & had the most amazing time...

Stayed here for 5 days & had the most amazing time. There is an indoor pool, sauna, hottub & spa but my favorite was the ice rink. The spa rents out skates & there are also fire pits & chairs by the rink. The Primrose Restaurant has really great food & a wonderful breakfast buffet. There are 2 or 3 lounges: Diva's is more late nite where the main lounge as you enter hotel has food & amazing drinks with a spectacular view as well as a fireplace. The rooms were wonderful & when we requested a humidifier it was brought up in less than 5 min.the entire hotel staff was phenomenal! Loved every minute of our stay! The Banff Upper Hot Springs are right across the road however it is a longer walk of about 7 minutes up the hill. The Gondola is also within walking distance & if needed the bus also goes by there. The stops every 40 min (?) To pick up or drop off with a sign showing the time of arrival. Can't go wrong staying here!
