Mr Roberto West was a great person to work with he was up front and knowledgeable about question i asked,very professional , great personality, even though i tried to give him a hard time and be difficult like women do... he remained patient, it was all about making me happy and satisfied as a customer and we need more of Mr Roberto West out there, to make what could have been a very long miserable day.... thanks so much
