The staff was very friendly and helpful.the room was clean and that is the most important to me. It was my husbands birthday and a dream of his to visit Sydney. The staff did everything to make the trip special for him throughout our stay and they brought a birthday cake that absolutely was perfect. I bought some amenities during our stay as a surprise for my husband and with a tray of baked goods that we ordered, they sent up some complimentary coffee. That was so nice and appreciated. I had not thought of coffee. The manager of the lounge on the 36th floor was especially cordial and made our visit up to the top extra special. Even by the pool, the young lady working to check us in was so sweet. You have an outstanding staff. Thank you .
