I've had a couple of bad experiences at Jackelope ...

I've had a couple of bad experiences at Jackelope Ranch, both with the quality of the food and appalling service. But today's experience was by far the worst ever! I made reservations online a couple of week's ago for 10:00 AM for Father's Day brunch. The afternoon before the reservations, someone from the restaurant called to confirm the reservation and inform me that they didn't serve brunch anymore but they did have a breakfast menu. At that point, I thought it was too late to make other arrangements so I confirmed the reservation. Then at 9:30 AM on Father's Day (30 minutes before the reservation time), someone else from the restaurant called to let me know that not only did they not have a Father's Day brunch planned, they also did not even open until 11:30 so my reservation could not be accomodated. They need to make some serious improvements to their reservation process!

During previous visits, we've had problems with both the quality of the food and the quality of the service. Today was the final straw. We won't be going back.
