This dealership is a joke! I have a 2006 Volvo S60R and the "Factory Trained Mechanics" left dirty rags under the hood right next to the timing belts! The timing cover was also loose with the bolts falling out. Every time I go there I leave and something else is broken!!! Randall is a terrible service advisor and very demeaning to customers.
