I went to Toyota Cerritos looking for an advertising Toyota Pruis . I called 2 hours ahead to make sure they still had the vehicle, and to please get it ready so I can buy it .
Well when I got there the salesperson did have it read , also never looked for it till I got there .
They thought I was not coming or there where incompetent.1 hour goes buy still looking for the Toyota Pruis . They said it s at the Lexus Dealership next door , and the Toyota pruis is not read it needs to go thru preparation.
So as I m at the Cerritos Lexus I share a salesman Brian my frustration.
Brian says give me 10 mins .
Brian drives in front of the Lexus Dealership with the Toyota pruis I wanted to buy .
We drove it , and I bought it .
I buy only used Lexus and Toyota s , Lexus Dealership are the best , Toyota dealership salesman are just men without proper training.
