This company is more than welling to take your money , but I do not know how anybody can meet there criteria to rent from them. When criteria is not meet they send you an email stating you are denied and to refer to their Resident Selection Criteria, they can not tell you 100% why you was denied just to read it. So I would not give them any money at all they are a very very shady company. This is my personal opinion, I will never do business with this company nor will anybody I know.
