Very unorganized and unhelpful. They tell you to pick up your family member or loved one at a certain time and make you wait over an hour and then proceeded to ask you why you're still here, they will call you when they are finished. So they have me sitting here for over an hour and I'm still here because I had to drive over an hour to get here it's not like they know that I Live 5 minutes down the road or something . but still no information on why they told me to come here at at this time when I have been sitting here for over an hour and they still have given me no information.
