I just called to have proof of a validation that I processed. I answered the call very quickly (I called about 12 o'clock) and they kindly informed me that to access data on requests is done in person. They treated me very well but this type of consultation would have to be done by phone, it is literally just accessing the database and reading out loud as the application goes.
