My stay with my best friend and her family was fantastic. The front desk was nice. And the room was well decorated.my experience with the general manager, I think her name was Jennifer or Jenna was fantastic. I ran into her and she asked me about my stay. I mentioned a small housekeeping issue and she immediately followed me back to the room and cleaned it herself. It was really above and beyond. I live in Myrtle Beach and don t often stay at resorts but I ll never recommend anything else. It s so good to know customer service has not disappeared.
