Honestly, I had a good experience. One minor unsettling thing was a number of the sales staff loitering around the customer parking area. My initial thought was, "The sharks are circling."

However, that aside it made a) easy to talk with someone right away and b) everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Great inventory of available used cars at a variety of price points and milage. We found what we wanted in short order.
