I had an appointment on New Years Eve to get my hair done for an event I had going on that night, I left work early just to be on my appointment on time, I get there I waited a half an hour and finally I approached a customer service, after she did some research to my surprise she told me that everyone was busy and no one available to get my hair done!! Never going back!
