Fantastic customer service. I originally was going to insure my motorcycle with a company that myself/my family have been with for years since it was a little cheaper than what Riders Plus quoted me. After being on hold with them for hours and hours without speaking to anyone I finally made the smart decision to call Riders Plus back. My call was answered immediately and I was put on hold for maybe 10 seconds while they transferred me to a representative. Leon was able to get my insurance started very quickly so I could get on the road. Since first speaking to Leon, he has answered all my questions quickly and effectively. The people at Riders Plus genuinely care about providing great customer service. The price was still very reasonable, and definitely much cheaper than 99% of every other company I contacted, especially considering I am a 23 year old first time rider. Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Definitely recommended.
