Able came to fix a problem with a double-glazed door. Work appeared OK but door failed to lock properly so I called to arrange a follow up appointment. They failed to turn up twice, wasting two days of my time. When the third engineer turned up the fault was fixed but considered chargeable as it was unrelated, but despite wasting two days of my time the still insisted on charging. Would not touch them with a bargepole.
