A one time customer used Plastiq to mail me a check payment. They have a statement printed on the check that says it is void after 30 days. I received the check after 30 days. My bank can t deposit a voided check even though Plastiq says the funds are available for 90 days. It is impossible to talk to a live person and through email they tell me they can t reissue this check. After about 10 emails back and forth, this is still unresolved and they are not willing to help remedy this. It is not my responsibility to contact our mutual customer. I don t think they will like that they paid Plastiq to process this payment for them and I am now sending this invoice to collections for non-payment. Great job Plastiq, not doing the only job that you are contracted for.
