I have had several experiences in the ER here and every time the staff were polite and kind and even laughed at my jokes. The explained what was happening and why it needed to be done, let me know why I was waiting and how long until the next thing. The answered my questions and helped me make a plan for next steps.
Unfortunately, I have had more than a few visits to ER's in my life (in OK and CA) and I was genuinely impressed with service, care and kindness I received at Stillwater Medical Center.
When I needed to have a second knee surgery I chose to have it at Stillwater Medical Center and even chose my doctor based on her being part of the hospital. My experiences have been so good, I have gotten my mother to switch to a doctor over here! I happily and confidently recommend the hospital and doctors to anyone.
