These people do not know what they are doing!!

These people do not know what they are doing!!
I called and was on hold for 15 minutes, then when I finally got someone to answer, I asked them to send me a reicept over the phone, the first man I talked to sounded like he was on drugs or sleeping. Could not make any words out and continued mumbling. When I called again, I was on hold for another 8 minutes and the lady yelled at me for calling to say I never got the email! Terrible service! Stay away!!!
