I am very upset! Received a letter stating my driver license is being suspended due to not paying a traffic fine! I sent in all the documentation and copies of license insurance card and registration and money order on Aug 28! The cashed the money order for both tickets and now I'm fined for not producing registration even tho I did?? What do I do?? This is incompetence on the mail room or who ever handles the tickets that come into the office!! I called waited 30 mins or longer twice well I was going up on finally get someone they can not do anything! Finally get a call I missed it and leaves message I owe 129 plus late fees and so on!! Can someone please tell me how to take this further or who to call about this matter??
