I just purchased a 2013 Audi A4 working with Mitch Ladd. The experience was excellent, he worked with me to find out what I was looking for and not just to sell me 'something'. He seemed interested in talking to us more as people and not just customers which gave me more of a feel that he was finding the right vehicle for me. The experience was like working with a friend.
