Would give 5 stars if the silent areas were ever enforced. There are so many places here where people can chat, yet in the designated silent pools, saunas, lounges etc there is constant talking. It is very frustrating when you pay so much for a relaxation experience and you cannot rely on staff to enforce the rules. Pleeeease be serious about your silent areas . Between listening to couples making out loudly and people gabbing as they would in the infinity pool .. hell i might as well light a candle and run some sea salt into a bath at home instead...
