Nothing but great things to say about TROY DAUGHERTY and CURTIS GROW! I purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu from Troy and he is a walking example of excellence! I never once felt pressured or obligated and the whole process was flawless! He was very upfront and honest, which is rare when buying a vehicle.Troy took the meaning of customer service to a whole new level and exceeded my expectations more times than I can count. I also visited the service department and had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Grow. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. I do not have enough good things to say about both of them! For inexperienced car buyers like myself... I would like to extend a word of advice, when finalizing the sale with the finance manager ask for an ITEMIZED list of ALL the charges!! I absolutely, 100% REGRET not doing this!! The Malibu itself is a fantastic vehicle. It rides smooth and quiet. I LOVE it! Visit Troy for your next vehicle purchase or Curtis for your next vehicle service... I know I will!
