Problems from almost the moment we got there. Leak...

Problems from almost the moment we got there. Leaking toilet flooded the room. We were moved to a room away from our family. Manager called (thank you!!) Moved us back to the new building ...keys wouldn't work ..waited for someone to come and reset keys.. Just a lot of problems with the rooms. Normally we love it here..
