I have stayed at this hotel many times and really enjoyed it until my last visit in March 2019. I truly was disgusted with what happened to me while I was in my hotel room. My pocketbook and personal items were stolen!!! Of course I called for security, that was a complete joke!! Not a single camera in the whole place... thankfully it was a pocketbook and not MY child! I made a police report with the MBPD just in case anything was located, which nothing was. I will never spend my money to stay at this place again. I felt violated and unsafe. HORRIBLE!!!
