Reception staffs were polite, approachable, helpful, resourceful and pleasant.

I would like to compliment particularly the Indian staffs ( male and female ) on duty from 4th Oct to 7Oct 2019. They were very pleasant with smiling faces and carried a willing cheerfulness to serve. Please compliment them with good service award.

The housekeeping staff ( 6th floor) on duty on 6 Oct - Sunday , was very kind to wait till our return at late evening to clean our room as I forgot to switch off the Do not disturb button.
