Due to Covid, huge swaths of the garden are closed...

Due to Covid, huge swaths of the garden are closed off, a "by the way" you don't learn about until after you've paid. Other utterly excessive precautions in place as well.
Overall, a pretentious, lacking approach to the art and science of a botanical garden. Not worth the $16 entrance fee, it's an outing much more akin to a walk in the California hills - something we can all do for free.
