First off and MOST IMPORTANTLY the employees on the phone straight up asked me for my password. That is very sketchy and literally goes against the number 1 rule of customer service/account help. There is something wrong with the security of your websites if that is how employees get access to your account. Anyways, they made a new sign in system last month and it has so many security flaws. It is also just confusing and i have gotten different info from multiple employees about the new system. Very Bad.
