I've been totally impressed by every staff member I've talked to either on the phone or in person. They seem totally devoted to customer service. Their cars are very well designed and their follow up service is top notch. My special thanks to John who is an advisor in the service department. He listens carefully and his answers are to the point and comprehensive.
