Excellent, efficient, and thorough!! The staff was very courteous and they offered cookies and coffee, and even though I don't drink coffee, I saw how much other customers enjoyed it! I worked while I waited because I had a 60,000 mile tuneup, and they provided free Wi-Fi. Somebody came to check on me every 30 minutes which was nice, and update me on how things were going. They had discussed with me previously, before I came in, that the appointment would be a long one. This helped me decide to either stay and work, or have them shuttle me back home. I decided to stay and work. When they were finally finished they had washed my van, vacuumed it out, and all the work was done timely and efficiently. They were transparent in what they had done (no hidden surprises on my bill), and also informed me that my windshield wipers need to be replaced soon. I asked them to go ahead and replace them that day. It took another five minutes to replace those windshield wipers, and they only charged me for the wipers and not the labor. Everyone was very kind and courteous. I told the service man that helped me with my payment at the end, that my next vehicle would definitely be another Toyota! Part in part because I love the Toyota brand and their vehicles, and the other part is because their service is unmatched. Yes, I highly recommend Toyota of TriCities' service department as one of the top in the region.
