I booked my car for an overheating problem, they made assumptions and said that nothing is wrong with the car. A week later my car overheated again and when I called they kept saying I need to speak to SHAUN.The call kept getting cut when they transfered me. No one wanted to assist me. It's terrible service from them, clearly I will never go back to them ever again. Remember you guys are getting paid for your job. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT!!!
