I would strongly recommend Calgary BMW to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW from a dealership that stands behind their products and where customer service and vehicle safety is their number one priority.

Four years ago, I purchased my first of 5 brand new BMW vehicles at Calgary BMW and I have been helped by Grant Youun with every purchase. Grant Younn has consistently demonstrated himself to be very professional and his product knowledge is exceptional. Calgary BMW has always treated me as a valued customer, whether I was purchasing a 323i or a top of the line X5. Grant has always made purchasing a new BMW a positive experience by offering thorough product demonstrations as well as competitive pricing. Mel in the business office is awesome and she knows how to ensure that financing is obtained quickly and painlessly.

I recently purchased a new, 2015 (loaded) 328i in June of 2015 and the vehicle came from the factory with some defects in the front suspension. As with anything mechanical, there is an expectation that problems occasionally occur, but the experience was extremely frustrating because I have come to expect a new BMW product to be safe and flawless. The service department was unable to correct the problem after 3 repeat visits and their customer service was brutal.

Without going into extensive detail, I will simply say that I voiced my concerns to Grant Yooun about the safety of the car as well as the failed service attempts, and he passed it up the chain through dealership management, owners and to BMW Canada. EVERYONE involved with Calgary BMW sales supported me 100% and went out of their way to ensure that my concerns were completely resolved so that I had a perfectly safe vehicle to drive. Calgary BMW went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer and completely stood behind the BMW product and their customer satisfaction assurances.

Calgary BMW demonstrated that they are more concerned about developing and maintaining long term customer relationships and loyalty than they are about making a quick profit (and leaving you on your own with a negative experience).

Thank you again Grant and to everyone at Calgary BMW and Dilawri Group for delivering on your promises and for continuing to make buying your BMW products such a great experience. I will continue to recommend Calgary BMW and the BMW products without hesitation.
