Upon checking in we were told about a surprise $35...

Upon checking in we were told about a surprise $35 per day resort fee. In addition, they required a $1,000 deposit for incidentals. Are you kidding me!? That is an obscene amount to hold. Unacceptable. Now our entertainment money is being held up in a deposit. Way to ruin Vacation Eden Roc.
