Do not plan any business events here. Stay for leisure only if you have high tolerance. Arrived early in the morning and was made to wait two hours even though I had booked a day in advance to accommodate my early arrival. Went to have breakfast and was told that they were closing. Waited in the lobby were the guy was painting the railings and watched people come after me and get checked in and also go and have breakfast. On checkout was asked to pay for the extra day as they said I had a no show. Also they decided to charge me for breakfast when my room was already including breakfast. No water in the room so had to call three times just to be told that you can take the water from the mini bar which was empty. The bathroom had a background humming all day long and seemed like someone was singing. The temperature was a steady 23 no matter how much you lower the thermostat. I think the weed in the air has this entire hotel going loopy. To conclude only stay if you have high tolerance for nonsense. We decided to have a meeting here which included booking rooms for around 25 people for two to three nights, three meeting rooms with lunch and dinner. First and last time. Never again. Also I have stayed at Radisson Blu many times including a one month long stay at another location with no issues. Also am a reward member.
