My family and I have used Central Hospital for the 46 years they have been in business never receiving anything less than kind, compassionate, competent care. We have been in for countless emergency visits over the years, yes sometimes you wait. My thought was always the longer I'm waiting the less emergent it is for my pet to be seen and pets are always triaged upon arrival. Medicine is expensive. Period.
Most recently our Jack Russell was in for a consult for cranial cruciate repair with Dr. Pond. He also had a full cardiac workup before surgery to be sure anesthesia would be safe for him. He had a successful surgery with Dr. Pond, who was in contact with me twice during the day and a follow up visit. At discharge, his home care was explained to me including medication dosage and schedule as well as do's and dont's once home. We even came back for a little (optional but beneficial) PT with Jill to ensure a great recovery. I can't say enough about the good care he was given and the wonderful staff at Central.
