They refused to give back my deposit by adding on more fees after months later of living elsewherE when the balance was fully paid. They don t respect the residents. When I had first moved in, there were water damages which was never fixed. There was mold in the freezer as well as dead roaches in the cabinets And yet all they had done to my place was replace a portion of the carpet which I had found 10 centipedes crawling from under it from the LIVING ROOM to the KITCHEN. This was by far the worst apartment I ve ever had to put up with til I got my chance to leave. If you are a student and/or have family I would not suggest renting from these people. Unsafe living environment.
