Poor service. Three times I had scheduled appointment times of 10:00 am but was told at drop off they wouldn t be looking at my truck until sometime in afternoon. I was stuck waiting as there is no shuttle or courtesy vehicle. Second, my truck s problem of vibration during driving was diagnosed as unbalanced wheel even after two separate wheel balancing plus new tires. Third, service manager said they would use special equipment to test drivetrain but Jenner didn t, they only took truck for road test. The problem still exists and they have no idea or desire to do anything about it before the extended warranty expires.
