Ordered Xmas lights, wished to return BEFORE the holidays, un-opened.................attempted for weeks to get information such as return address, etc. to allow for return shipping.................

When returned, I did not think to get proof of return, so now continually claiming they never received item, therefore out the cost.

Slow, lacking, service response in all respects!!
