I rushed to the ER one night after receiving a call from my mom saying "cant talk headed to ER". The security guard was efficient and fast in getting me a pass and pointing me next to him to the front desk man. He was slow and mopey, looking around in a daze saying he "couldnt remember" his own password to get into the computer. As I stood there wondering if my mother was dead or not he continued to slowing look around saying "hmm I really cant remember what my password is". This was beyond ridiculous in the ER! Hire someone competent because I pray no real emergency happens with that guy on staff. My dad valet parked in his rush of not knowing what was going on and he also had a horrible experience with the same front desk guy. He was extremely rude to my dad who waited almost 10 minutes for the valet guy (who was no where to be found) and asked the front desk guy, he was short and angry towards him. The ER staff needs to understand that there patients are in extreme stress mode and they need to at least pretend to be in a hurry and trying to help.

Extremely disappointed in our experience with the ER front desk staff.
On a positive note, the paramedics and nurses were amazing, helpful and had a great funny attitude that really helped lighten the mood and made a horrible situation much more tolerable.
