Well, I called the 800 number that you see on TV, and all I get is someone in the Philippines that I can t understand. This is not just a criticism of Colonial Penn, but many other companies as well! America s population is aging, and some people cannot see or hear well. I am visually, hearing, and mobility impaired! I can t understand the Filipino accent. When I asked to be transferred to the United States, they say it can t be done. Why not? I found the 877 number on Google maps, and called it. I was on hold for quite some time, and kept listening to Alex Trebek s message over and over. When someone finally did answer, and I did not answer immediately, they hung up on me. They make you wait many minutes for them to answer the phone, and they can t wait five seconds for you to answer back. This is not a good way to conduct business. I will look elsewhere for insurance coverage, and recommend other people do also!
