This is a beautiful hotel! But for the $$$ I was disappointed with the service we received. They appeared to be under staffed and some of the staff appeared to be new or poorly trained. We had our car damaged by a run away luggage cart and the security officer didn't seem to know what he was doing. The restaurant waiter appeared to be new and took a very long time to take our order and a very long time to bring us our food. On our last day the AC stopped working in our room. Another person in our group had money taken from their room. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
