The customer service received from Erin was the best that I've received in a very long time. The level of care provided helped with deciding on if we would conduct business with the company or work with our other option. I'm VERY pleased that we made the correct decision. We spoke on a friday and before a week completed we had our BlueDog account where as the other company we were working with the application is still be processed. So far i'm very please and look forward to our working relationship! Very excited to be on board! Also what sticks out to me the most is that she was willing to review our other contract to make sure that we were getting the best value for money being spent.
