Patrice Thomas was an absolute angel who was always more than willing to guide me through the process. She communicated frequently and with laser clarity. I really appreciated her help which will allow me not to hesitate to place another order.

The Customer Service I received was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for better communication from my contact person who followed my order and myself, all the way through to it being processed and sent.
