Was super excited to adopt a kitten and give it a forever home. Waited 2 hours just to be denied because we let our other cat out on our patio. If it's a big deal or a policy why ask the question if you let your cat outdoors if you arent gonna let someone adopt a cat who does. Extremely disappointed. And the lady who told us we couldn't proceed with the adoption had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Blonde lady with short hair had a very nasty attitude and didnt even seem to really care about the cats like the volunteers did. I even over heard other customers talk about how nasty she was. I understand we couldn't adopt the kitten but she could have been alot nicer about it, I'm not a bad pet owner and i didn't deserve to be treated like I was one.
