Visited for my son's birthday and he was treated like a king. At the special kids check in AJ was so sweet to him and wrote down our room number when he heard it was his 3rd birthday. Later we returned to our room to cupcakes and a card signed by all the staff!
On the kids level the lady working in the play area ran in the back and made him up a little birthday present. He was so overwhelmed with all the kindness!
Can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Hotels are almost all one in the same these days so amazing customer service really sets then apart.
