Well, I decided to look up reviews and to no surprise they aren t the best!
Worst, rude adjuster came out. Didn t trust him. Talked circles and made no sense. Didn t listen when asked to go in the back yard last for pictures due to mud. Proceeded in the house with his shoes still on with no care. Called and found out he reported a water heater leak when it was a bathroom! Sent someone else out, it was much better. Now that we got partial check and repairs are done, I can t get ahold of our claims specialist to get the rest of the money! Wow, this is terrible. Multiple calls and voicemails and many emails with details on recipes and pics. NOTHING, no response. Not even a reply to say, working on it! I contacted our insurance agent because this is terrible
