Did not even receive my order! Waited 45 extraaaaa...

Did not even receive my order! Waited 45 extraaaaa minutes after the app told me my food was ready!!!! Had a HORRIBLE experience with the lady at the front! Horrible attitude!!!! Was extremely late back to work with the lack of professionalism!!!! This was very unacceptable!!! I have neverrrrr been through anything this BAD before! When asked a ETA on my food I was told the Uber eats was backed up but could not still be provided a proper ETA on my order. I ordered my food at 12:38pm and at this current time it s 2:20pm and I have still not received ANYTHING!!!!!!
