Bad bad bad! We arrive, hoping for a pleasant stay...

Bad bad bad! We arrive, hoping for a pleasant stay, we are assigned a room whose bath + toilet smelled heavily of urine. We indicate this and then get a clean room! What a first impression! Now dinner follows and we are simply forgotten with the menus in our hands. We call one of the ladies and she calls just before us to another lady: "that's not my table", she walks away and searches for the lady who had to help us (who was nowhere to be found). Now she comes back and reluctantly takes our order. Also on both mornings we had bad luck during breakfast. The free tables were not tidy and were full of remains from the previous guests. We had to request that a table was cleared for us. Then all plates, glasses etc. are cleared away but they leave the dirty / stained tablecloth for us. We will certainly never come back here. Super badly arranged !!!
