These people have the worst customer service! I ordered a small and when I called last week I had the option to leave a VM for a callback- I did that twice and of course no one called me back. Then I went online and wrote to customer service via an email. Of course no one responded. Finally when I called today the woman was pretty insistent that I ordered a medium- which I know that I didn t. As if the company and site was infallible. She then tells me if I ve taken it out of the box I can t return it. Sorry for not checking the crushed box that it came in. I never even put it on. Why? Bc when I opened it it looked waaaaay too big. Then she tells me she will have to charge me a 10% restocking fee. I can try to return it but if I want a small I will have to go online and order a small. Awesome. Almost $100 for something I can t even wear, I have to pay for shipping (as this was said to me as well), I have to pay an additional $10 to even return it but only if I didn t take it out of the crushed box, and if I want I can go back online and order a small ? Ridiculous. Never ever ever again!!!!!

***Update. I was immediately contacted via messenger and then a follow up call with a manager. I appreciate their timely response and their service recovery. It is refreshing a company that appreciates its customers. Thank you for the hassle free exchange and your commitment to excellence.
