They were not prepared for the influx of visitors ...

They were not prepared for the influx of visitors today. We waited over 30 minutes in line for them to tell us our room wasn t ready but to come back in an hour (just to stand in line AGAIN to check in.) Check in time says 1 pm. And we re told our room might be ready at 3. Honestly not a great show of service. Very disappointed after traveling from Tokyo and walking around all day to have to burn 2 hours waiting for your room so you can get ready. I ll update once we actually get into the room. Updating to 4 stars. We received an upgraded room for the inconvenience and room is very nice.
