I am very disappointing by TEP's recent attack on people who want to have solar. TEP is trying to create laws so that solar installations by homeowners will not be financially economical. We live in Arizona, one of the most sunniest states in the country. Why is TEP doing this? Simply to make more profits. Ultimately, TEP's is a losing strategy. In a few years battery storage will be affordable and people will no longer need TEP after completing solar/battery projects. What will TEP do then? Pay our politicians to outlaw battery storage? Sorry TEP, but technology has also disrupted your monopoly business model. Soon, you will go the way of travel agents, Blockbuster video, landlines, encyclopedias, CD's, newspapers, and fax machines.
